Allaire Corporate Campus, is a 225,000 square foot, a five-building campus located on 23.37 acres at the intersection of Route 34 and Belmar Boulevard. The master-planned campus serves as the US Headquarters for several companies including Dialight Corporation USA and Health Care Software Solutions. The campus serves as a regional office for Clover Technologies, Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc., Stantec, Inc., Plymouth Rock Assurance, New Jersey Resources, and Monmouth County Social Security Office. The campus provides excellent visibility and presence on the Route 34 corridor, and easy proximity to Monmouth Executive Airport, and the network of regional and statewide highway systems. The campus has won numerous architectural awards.
