CenterPoint at 8A Business Park
CenterPoint at 8A, which includes Monroe Center and Interchange Plaza, is situated on 500+ acres at the Exit 8A interchange on the New Jersey Turnpike. It is one of New Jersey’s most successful light industrial parks and has been master planned to include approximately one million square feet of office, warehouse, and industrial space. The project serves as the home of Sony, Lenox, Playmobil, Volkswagon and many other Fortune 500 companies.
