The attractively designed red brick and reflective glass façade is one of the tallest buildings in the city and serves as the home of Rutgers Business School and Amazon’s Audible.com. The property’s strategic location is within one block of the Newark Public Library, Riverfront Stadium, NJ Transit at Newark Broad Street, the Newark Museum and the NJ Performing Arts Center (NJPAC).
