Bollerman Companies Signs New Tenants at
West Ridge Corporate Campus In Eatontown

Bollerman Companies continues to attract new tenants at West Ridge Corporate Campus in Eatontown, where companies are finding functional modern space that meets their needs in an amenities-rich area of Monmouth County. The company reports that recent activity includes leases to six new tenants at the five-building commercial complex located at the intersection of State Highway 35 South and Industrial Way West.

"We are experiencing steady demand at West Ridge and as the companies recent leases illustrate, demand has been broad based," said Jim Bollerman, president of the full-service Red Bank (NJ)-based real estate company with fast-growing development and real estate services capabilities. "Our newest tenants represent technology, medical services and professional services companies. These all are sectors that are growing in the this area and in this economy."

Mary Beth Priestley, the vice president and manager of brokerage who handled the six new leases for Bollerman, said they complement a series of renewals at the 114,749-square foot business park, which remains close to full occupancy.

The companies that moved to West Ridge Corporate Campus are Katkev, which leased 6,200 square feet; MicroSolv Technology Corp., 4,775 square feet; Martin McGreevey, Esq., 2,250 square feet; Aon Service Corp., 6,000 square feet; Ocean Pediatrics Group, 3,000 square feet, and the Kennedy Ward Agency, 3,000 square feet. Kimberly Vowteras of Weichert Realtors, co-brokered the Kennedy Ward lease. "The complex, consisting of three two-story 12,000-square foot office buildings and two one-story office flex buildings, sits on over 11 acres at the entrance of Eatontown Office/Industrial Park, one of the largest, most well established office and industrial areas in Monmouth County," Bollerman said. "West Ridge Corporate Campus, formerly known as HOVPARK, has proven to be an excellent investment opportunity with consistent demand driven by its superb central location, highly suitable design, diverse and stable tenant base, and strong market conditions."

Bollerman noted that the complex has a history of robust leasing activity by small and medium sized companies and is home to numerous innovative entrepreneurs in high-tech fields. "You can t beat the location," Bollerman said.
