Mr. Bollerman has been directly involved with the development, planning and construction of over 17 million square feet of commercial, industrial and residential space in New Jersey.

The companies or projects he has directed have won numerous awards including the 1991 NAIOP Developer of the Year, The Monmouth-Ocean Development Council Silver Gull Award, New Jersey Business & Industry Association New Good Neighbor Award and The New Jersey State Conference of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsman-Annual Masonry Award.

Major projects underway at present include the following: Freehold Colonial Campus, Allaire Corporate Campus and Parkway Falls Corporate Campus.

In addition to the development company, Mr. Bollerman founded Bollerman Real Estate Services to provide consulting, master planning, asset management and property management services to select corporate and institutional entities. Clients currently include Merrill Lynch, New Jersey Resources Corp., Sun Development and Management, Controlware, Inc., Transworld Oil Corporation, Taylor - Simpson Group, and Merrimack Investment Corporation.

Prior to starting his own companies, Mr. Bollerman was president and chief executive officer of Commercial Realty & Resources Corp. (CR&R), a wholly-owned real estate development subsidiary of New York Stock Exchange listed New Jersey Resources Corporation, a $1 billion holding company.

Prior to working with CR&R, Mr. Bollerman was vice president and assistant to the chairman of New Jersey Resources Corporation, where he was responsible for special projects including evaluation and assessment of new business opportunities. Prior to that, he was an assistant to a cabinet officer in the State of New Jersey where he was responsible for drafting policy statements and served as a liaison to the Governor's office and other cabinet offices.

Mr. Bollerman is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Seton Hall University School of Law. In addition, he attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and New York University.

Mr. Bollerman is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Real Estate Section, the American Bar Association, and former member of the Board of Trustee of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP). Mr. Bollerman is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a former member of the Camp Evans Military Base Closure Committee. He currently serves on the Board of the Audit Committee of the Municipal Excess Liability Insurance Fund of New Jersey, the Meridian Quality Care Board and on the Advisory Boards of Troast Realty Enterprises and Two River Community Bank. He is a former member of the New Jersey Resources Board of Directors serving on its finance committee.

Joseph “Joe” Trimble, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) brought nearly 25 years of extensive real estate work experience to Bollerman Real Estate Services upon his arrival in 2004. His skills are focused in the accounting, financial and operational aspects of real estate development and management

Starting his career as a CPA and management consultant with a large international Certified Public Accounting firm, Joe has had the opportunity to work with numerous lenders, developers, management companies, corporations and professional firms in the real estate industry. He has serviced client and employer portfolios of 100’s of real estate projects ranging from single-unit structures to large land scale developments in urban and resort environments. With an initiation to business practices in the New York Metropolitan Area, his work has brought him far beyond the area with projects requiring his assistance dispersed throughout the United States, Europe, South America and Mexico.

Joe holds an undergraduate degree from New York University and master’s degree from Florida International University. He has taught firm educational courses, spoken at; and participated in, association and corporate committees and been interviewed on CNN.

Gary J. Lowe joined Bollerman Real Estate Services in 2002 as Vice President. Prior to joining Bollerman, Gary co-managed Weichert Commercial Realtors' Tinton Falls, New Jersey office as Vice President. His responsibilities were to keep the brokers focused on specific assignments; function as rental manager for exclusive agencies; handle lease negotiations on exclusive listings; conduct high level prospecting; perform financial analysis; oversee exclusive agency advertising budgets and marketing programs. Gary also assisted Real Estate Advisory Companies in the valuation, leasing, receivership, property management, and disposition of foreclosed assets that have been purchased from lenders via loan pools. During his tenure at Weichert Gary completed in excess of $50 million of investment, commercial and industrial transactions.

Prior to joining Weichert , Gary was employed for fifteen years as Vice President and Regional Manager at the Cross & Brown Company, a Metropolitan Life affiliate. There, he was responsible for developing and managing a five county territory along with supervising sales personnel. He completed in excess of $33,240,000 of investment, building and land sales, including the investment sales of 510 Thornall Street, Metro Park, Edison, New Jersey a 66,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building purchased by Metropolitan Life Insurance for $11.5 million and Raritan Plaza II, Raritan Center, Edison, New Jersey an 83,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building purchased by the New Jersey Carpenters Pension Funds for $9.1 million. He was also directly responsible for leasing approximately 850,000 square feet of office space, as well as the sale of 50 acres located on Highway 66, Neptune, New Jersey to Commercial Realty & Resources Corp. On that site Commercial Realty developed the 150,000 square foot former USLIFE Headquarters, now AIG.

Gary is skilled in investment real estate sales as well as commercial and industrial leasing and sales. He maintains relations with institutional and non-institutional real estate investment companies; fostering and developing relations with large and small public and private corporations. He is experienced in contract and lease negotiations, as well as in depth financial analysis.

Mary Beth Priestley joined Bollerman Real Estate Services in 2003 as Vice President and Manager of the Brokerage Division. Mary Beth was formally associated with Weichert Commercial, Realtors as manager of the Tinton Falls Commercial Office. She has over 21 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in the Monmouth and Ocean County markets. As exclusive agent for a 122,000 square foot office building located at 106 Apple Street, Tinton Falls, New Jersey, she successfully completed 16 leases bringing the building to 95% occupancy. Also, she represented Brookdale Community College with leasing 42,000 square feet of classroom space in Freehold, New Jersey.

Prior to joining Weichert Commercial, Realtors Mary Beth was with the Princeton office of Jackson-Cross Company where she represented SI Princeton, Inc. (Siemens Corp.) as exclusive agent for 500 College Road, Princeton, Forrestal Center, Princeton, New Jersey (151,000 square feet). There, she successfully negotiated a 77,000 square foot Bristol Myer Squibb lease extension and Chemical Bank’s 19,000 square foot sub-lease.

Also while at Jackson-Cross, Mary Beth represented Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company as exclusive agent for 198 Route 9, Manalapan, New Jersey (40,000 square feet) office building, and successfully stabilized the tenancies while Jackson-Cross acted as a Court appointed Receiver for the property. She also was engaged in marketing and leasing the vacant space, tenant relations, obtaining contractor bids and coordinating tenant work, conducting financial analysis, pro forma projections and competing building market analysis for this project.

Prior to Jackson-Cross Company, Mary Beth was employed for eight years with the Cross & Brown Company, a Metropolitan Life affiliate. There, she specialized in corporate office, industrial, retail leasing and sales in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. While at Cross & Brown, she successfully completed exclusive leasing and sales transactions totaling in excess of 350,000 square feet.

Mary Beth is highly skilled in marketing, sales and leasing corporate office, retail and industrial space; contract negotiations; work letter, escalation and tenant inducement negotiations; coordinating tenant work and obtaining contractor bid proposals. She is also proficient in tenant relations and problem solving, financial analysis pro forma projections, conducting competing building market analysis and reporting, setting up marketing budgets and advertising programs, cooperating broker contact and direct prospect contact through telephone and door to door canvassing.

Philip J. Janda joined Bollerman Real Estate in 2003 as an Assistant Vice President. Phil specializes in selling and leasing office and industrial properties in Monmouth Middlesex and Ocean Counties. Phil also has extensive experience in sale & lease negotiations; financial analysis; and developing and implementing marketing programs for exclusive listings. Phil also assists real estate recovery companies in the valuation and sale of foreclosed real estate assets.

Prior to joining Bollerman, Phil was engaged for five years as a sales representative with another large commercial brokerage company. He was responsible for the sale and leasing of exclusive listings. He was completed in excess of $20,000,000. of investment and building sales, including the sale of seven Fleet Bank Branch’s throughout Monmouth County. Prior to joining Weichert, Phil owned and operated Janda Construction Company specializing in residential and commercial building projects.

Phil is skilled in marketing, selling and leasing industrial and office building as well as marketing and selling investment properties. He is experienced in contract and lease negotiations, as well as in depth financial analysis.

Donald M. Moliver, Ph.D., CRE, MAI, CTA is Director of the Real Estate Institute and the first recipient of the Steven J. and Elaine Pozycki Professorship in Real Estate Studies at Monmouth University. Dr. Moliver received his BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Ph.D. from Virginia Tech. The Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University was founded by Dr. Moliver, who with the assistance of the Advisory Council, assists in developing executive education programs that are paramount to the development of the real estate industry. Dr. Moliver has been the recipient of a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship and a New Jersey Department of Higher Education grant. He was recently elected to serve as one of the nation’s five board members of the national Appraisal Qualifications Board. A New Jersey State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Dr. Moliver provides valuation and consulting services to a variety of real estate clients.
