Tenants at Bollerman Companies West Ridge Corporate Campus in Eatontown are continuing to enjoy growth as the area s business environment continues to benefit from a strong economy.

"We are experiencing a high retention rate with a number of tenants recently renewing their leases and several expanding into additional space," said Jim Bollerman, president of the full-service Red Bank (NJ)-based real estate company with fast-growing development and real estate services capabilities.
