Overview

The Bollerman Companies are engaged in the development of high-quality office, flex, industrial, for sale multi-family residential projects, restaurant, and marinas primarily in New Jersey.  The Company also provides consulting, property management, asset management, development, and advisory services for select corporate and institutional entities.

Leadership

James M. Bollerman

President

Mr. James Bollerman has been directly involved with the planning, construction and development of over 17 million square feet of commercial, industrial and residential space in New Jersey during his 36-year business career.  The companies or projects he has directed have won numerous awards including the 1991 NAIOP Developer of the Year, The Monmouth-Ocean Development Council Silver Gull Award, New Jersey Business & Industry Association New Good Neighbor Award, The New Jersey State Conference of Bricklayers, Allied Craftsman-Annual Masonry Award and The Asbury Park Press 2017 Innovator of the Year Award.  In addition to developing projects, Mr. Bollerman founded Bollerman Real Estate Services to provide consulting, asset management, property management, and development services to select corporate and institutional entities.

Mr. Bollerman is currently a Vice Chairman and CoLead of Two River Bancorp. He also serves as a Trustee on the Network Board for Hackensack-Meridian Health System and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund in New Jersey.  He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Monmouth University Real Estate School.

Prior to starting his own companies, Mr. Bollerman was president and chief executive officer of a wholly-owned real estate development subsidiary of a New York Stock Exchange listed $1 billion holding company. Prior to that, he was an assistant to a cabinet officer in the State of New Jersey serving as a liaison to the Governor’s office and other cabinet offices.

Mr. Bollerman is a former member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Real Estate Section, the American Bar Association, and the Board of Trustee of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP).

Mr. Bollerman is a graduate of Seton Hall University and Seton Hall University School of Law. In addition, he has taken courses at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and New York University.

Luke Bollerman

Vice President

Luke directs all aspects of operations including: asset and property management functions, leasing, refinancing, new business development and plays a central role in implementing the vision and strategic direction of the company.

Since joining BRES, he has overseen significant expansion in the development portfolio and asset management services. He worked as a key member of the construction and leasing team in the building of a new 60,000 SF Class-A office building in Wall Township, NJ.

Additionally, he was the project manager in the redevelopment and reconstruction of Sandy Hook Bay Marina, an award-winning master planned mixed-use development which includes 49 townhomes, 131-slip state of the art marina, resort style facility, and restaurant.

Prior to joining Bollerman Companies, Luke worked was a Senior Vice President at ICAP, Plc where transacted in equity volatility and delta-one trading strategies for Goldman Sachs Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. He also worked in Hong Kong for GFI-HK Securities on the ex-Japan Index trading desk.

Luke holds a B.S. from La Salle University where he served as President of the Students’ Government Association.

Corporate Team

Edward Treshock

Construction Manager

Responsible for ground-up development projects.  Ed has 40 years’ experience in construction management.  Ed is a graduate of the New Jersey Carpenter Apprentice School and has completed coursework on numerous construction software programs.

Donna Miller

Financial

Responsible for receivables, payables, budgets, and forecasting.  Donna has a 25-year career in bookkeeping and 13 years in the real estate industry.  Donna received a Bachelor of Arts from Douglass College.

Kelly Dunckley

Administration

Oversees company administration functions.  Kelly has a 20-year career in the real estate industry.  Prior to joining Bollerman, Kelly worked as a Paralegal for 10 years.  Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Francis University and has her Paralegal Certificate.
